The Roots - Presto il nuovo album

"How I Got Over" sarà il titolo del nuovo album dei The Roots la cui uscita è prevista per il mese di Giugno.
Dopo l'ultimo lavoro pubblicato nel 2008 il gruppo ha annunciato l'imminente uscita del loro nuovo progetto, sotto l'etichetta Def Jam, tramite il social network "Twitter"
Nel 2009 il gruppo aveva lanciato il pezzo "How I Got Over", con lo stesso nome dell'album!!

Beastie Boys - Hot Sauce Committee Part I

Il Beastie hanno ripreso a lavorare al loro nuovo disco,"Hot Sauce Committee PartI".
L'album, che sarebbe dovuto uscire verso la fine del 2009, era stato posticipato a causa delle cure contro il cancro a cui si era sottoposto Adam Yauch.
Il membro del gruppo sembra ora stare meglio e così, dopo un attenta rivisitazione dei brani preparati per l'album, i Beasti Boys saranno finalmente pronti per l'uscita del loro nuovo progetto e noi, naturalmente, saremo li ad aspettarli...

Un anno di reclusione per Lil Wayne

Lil Wayne è stato recentemente condannato ad un anno di reclusione per possesso di armi da fuoco. Il rapper statunitense è stato processato l'8 marzo alla Manhattan Criminal Court e poi portato in manette nel carcere di di Ryker's Island.
Per non far pesare la sua assenza ai fan, Wayne ha registrato durante l'attesa del proceso 7 videoclip ed ha annunciato l'uscita di "Tha Carter IV" verso gli inizi del 2011.
L'uscita dell'album potrebbe essere però posticipata, nel caso in cui i mesi di reclusione vengano ridotti a 8, anzichè 12, per "buona condotta".

Drake - New Single "Over"

Si chiama "Over" il nuovo singolo del raper canadese Drake.
L'artista ha dichiarato che il suo nuovo album, “Thank Me Later”, uscirà a Maggio e vedrà le partecipazioni di: Lil Wayne, Jay-Z e Kanye West.

DMX arrestato per uso di cocaina

Il noto rapper americano DMX è stato arrestato dopo aver dichiarato in un intervista di aver fatto frequentemente uso di cocaina.
L'artista, che era già in libertà vigilata dopo aver commesso altre 4 infrazioni, è stato condotto in prigione dallo sheriffo del Maricopa dopo la condanna del tribunale di Phoenix.
